A delivery fee applies to all purchases (per order, per location), inclusive of assembly & placement of free-standing items. Our delivery team operates from Tuesday to Saturday every week excluding Thursday and public holidays. Our delivery charges are $30 for all orders under $500 & $80 for all orders exceeding $500.

Linen Fabrics
Linen fabric is a natural material made from the flax plant. Linen is comfortable, soft and has a relaxed inviting look perfectly suited for the tropics. It is well-known for its temperature-regulating and moisture-wicking properties.
Polyester Fabrics
Polyester is a synthetic material and one of the most favoured textiles to use in upholstery. It is incredibly resilient; it is colour fast and can withstand a great deal of wear and tear. Polyester is also more resistant to stains and most variations are machine washable.
Blended fabrics
Developers take the best qualities of each fabric when creating the blended materials that we love to use on our upholstered furniture. Extremely durable, while remaining soft to the touch these fabrics continue to be an extremely popular choice.

Spot clean with mild soap and water solution for small stains/marks
Lint roll or lightly vacuum the ottoman occasionally to remove any dust

2-3 seat sofa, L shape sofa, Bed Frame, Sideboard, Bookcase, Shelf, Racking
How to Arrange your Disposal
Please email us at hello@originals.com.sg to book disposal at least 2 business days before your delivery date.
If you contact us less that 2 business days before delivery, we cannot guarantee we will be able to provide this service.
Please note we cannot dispose of items: - That do not fit in the lift.
- Infested with termites/pests etc.
- Built in items e.g. Wardrobes, electrical items.
- Over 100kg.
- When the request is made during delivery
Originals reserves the right to cancel the disposal service if the items aren’t as represented by the customer or as agreed.
Note - For customers living in HDB estates, your local council provides a disposal service for all residents.
Returns
We recognise that there can be many reasons leading to a change of mind after a purchase has been made. Please review the following conditions for returning or canceling a product.
Return Requests
Return or Cancellation requests can only be made within 30 days of purchase.
Undelivered Items
Your order can be canceled for a refund. Please see below for fees.
Collected/Delivered Items
Your order can only be returned for a refund if it has been less than 3 days since delivery. Please see below for fees.
Pre-order & Bespoke Items
These items are ordered specifically for you or produced at your request. As such, we do not offer returns or cancellations for these items.
Clearance or Sale Items
Please note these are not eligible for returns or cancellations.
Faulty Product
All items are quality checked prior to delivery. However, should you receive any items that are faulty or damaged, please note it on your Delivery Order. Where goods are faulty, you can choose between a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Refunds
Please note that approval for a refund is subject to the conditions below.
Undelivered Items
Cancellations must be made at least 2 business days prior to your scheduled delivery date.
There is a 5% processing fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Delivered Items
There is a 20% restocking fee charged per returned item. This fee is used to cover pickup, handling and administrative costs. This fee is deducted from your refund.
This 20% restocking fee applies regardless of whether your order was collected/delivered back to our warehouse by yourself or an external courier.
The item must be in as-new condition without any signs of wear, damage, marks, stains, or modifications.
Accessories
Return or Cancellation requests can only be returned for a refund if it has been less than 3 days since delivery / collection. Please return the items to the showroom for a full refund. Any return accessories must be in original condition with original packaging.
Refund Processing
The refund will be issued after the item has been returned to the warehouse and inspected by our team. We reserve the right to decline a refund for a product that is not of acceptable quality due to lack of care or misuse.
Any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund.
The refund payment will take 7 days to process.
The refund payment will be credited back via the original method of payment. Originals reserve the right to change the mode of payment.
