What if I receive faulty or incorrect goods?
Should you receive goods that are damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will provide you with a repair or a replacement. Please see Returns and Exchange.
Will I receive the same item I see in the photo?
Many of our products are handcrafted, individual, and made of natural materials as such there may be a slight difference in the final product. Please bear in mind that computer browsers may also present colours slightly differently.
