To protect the surface from heat and prevent marks and stains, always use a trivet or a coaster underneath hot plates, pans, or mugs. Use felt stoppers when you place decorative objects on the surface to prevent scratches or marks. Do not place sharp or jagged objects directly on the tabletop. A delivery fee applies to all purchases (per order, per location), inclusive of assembly & placement of free-standing items. Our delivery team operates from Tuesday - to Saturday every week excluding public holidays. Our delivery charges are $30 for all orders under $500 & $80 for all orders exceeding $500.

Following these simple guidelines to care for your stone piece will keep it looking its best.
- Coaster and placemats will help keep the surface safe from stains and etching.
- Wipe spills or stains using a damp cloth and natural soap, follow with a clean damp cloth.
- The coating applied to stone surfaces make it easier to keep stone products clean. However, if any liquid is spilled on the stone surface, permanent staining may occur if not cleaned properly. Immediately use a dry cloth to absorb the liquid.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or pads.
- Do not use vinegar, Windex or bleach.

How to Arrange your Disposal
Please email us at email@example.com to book disposal at least 2 business days before your delivery date.
If you contact us less that 2 business days before delivery, we cannot guarantee we will be able to provide this service.
Please note we cannot dispose of items:
- That do not fit in the lift.
- Infested with termites/pests etc.
- Built in items e.g. Wardrobes, electrical items.
- Over 100kg.
- When the request is made during delivery
Originals reserves the right to cancel the disposal service if the items aren’t as represented by the customer or as agreed.
Note - For customers living in HDB estates, your local council provides a disposal service for all residents.

These items are ordered specifically for you or produced at your request. As such, we do not offer returns or cancellations for these items.
Clearance or Sale Items
Please note these are not eligible for returns or cancellations.
All items are quality checked prior to delivery. However, should you receive any items that are faulty or damaged, please note it on your Delivery Order. Where goods are faulty, you can choose between a replacement (if available) or a refund.
How to submit a request?

Cancellations must be made at least 2 business days prior to your scheduled delivery date. There is a 5% processing fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
There is a 20% restocking fee charged per returned item. This fee is used to cover pickup, handling and administrative costs. This fee is deducted from your refund.
This 20% restocking fee applies regardless of whether your order was collected/delivered back to our warehouse by yourself or an external courier.
The item must be in as-new condition without any signs of wear, damage, marks, stains, or modifications.
Return or Cancellation requests can only be returned for a refund if it has been less than 3 days since delivery / collection. Please return the items to the showroom for a full refund. Any return accessories must be in original condition with original packaging.
The refund will be issued after the item has been returned to the warehouse and inspected by our team. We reserve the right to decline a refund for a product that is not of acceptable quality due to lack of care or misuse.
Any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund.
The refund payment will take 7 days to process.
The refund payment will be credited back via the original method of payment. Originals reserve the right to change the mode of payment.
