Our love for unique, high quality, and environmentally-sustainable home furnishings inspired us in curating our Nomad India collection.
We source from the Northern most region of India, near the border of Pakistan, Rajasthan is home to artisan craftsman and hidden warehouses that produce the most unique and beautiful furniture pieces in the world. For 17 years, we have been on a search through these hidden places in Rajasthan, sourcing the pieces that speak to us and evoke the senses. Through a careful process, our carpenters remodel, reshape and restore the pieces we find on our journeys.
The Reclaimed Carved Teak Console is handcrafted from reclaimed solid teak sourced from historic homes across India. The beautifully carved upper section, once part of an original doorway, has been thoughtfully repurposed into a timeless console table while preserving the remarkable craftsmanship of the original timber.
Every intricate carving was created by skilled artisans generations ago and has naturally aged over time, developing a rich patina and character that simply cannot be recreated. Unlike newly carved furniture, each console carries subtle imperfections, weathered textures and authentic details that tell the story of its previous life.
To complement the original carved timber, every console is handcrafted using solid reclaimed teak, creating a seamless piece that feels authentic from top to bottom. The warm natural tones, rich grain and beautifully preserved carvings make every console completely unique.

A delivery fee applies to all purchases (per order, per location), inclusive of assembly & placement of free-standing items. Our delivery team operates from Tuesday to Saturday every week excluding Thursday and public holidays. Our delivery charges are $30 for all orders under $500 & $80 for all orders exceeding $500.
