The Beauty of Teak
Teak is the strongest and most durable hardwood, making it the perfect material for outdoor furniture that lasts. Teakwood naturally has a high-oil concentration which repels water, helping protect your outdoor furniture in all types of weather.
Left outdoors in the elements, teak will age into an attractive silver-grey colour. Scrubbing with soap and water discourages moss and the warm golden hue of the teak can always be brought back with a deep cleaning. Natural teak is not stain proof, but there are a number of products that can be applied to protect it. We discourage using teak oil as it can dehydrate the wood.
