Regular wiping with lint-free cotton cloth or sponge in warm water with mild dishwashing soap solution to remove food & oils stains. Fine grit sand paper can be used to remove any surface scratches. Avoid strong & abrasive cleaning products that may cause permanent damage to the wood.
