Powder coated aluminium is lightweight, corrosion resistant and importantly, looks great. We use aluminium for a lot of our outdoor frames because it does not rust. To protect the aluminium against corrosion, we apply a powder coated finish. Powder coating is a safe, dry finishing process that uses finely ground particles of pigment and resin to create a protective layer on high-quality aluminium frames. The coating is baked and cured onto the aluminium so it won’t flake or peel like paint or epoxy.
High Pressure Composite Laminate is made from melamine and recycled paper fibre layers fused together under high temperatures and immense pressure. This transforms the resin layers into single rigid plastic that is incredibly durable. HPCL is completely impervious to water and resistant to abrasion and general wear, making it perfect for outdoor table tops.
Quality comes first; our products are designed and built to last.
If you follow our guidelines throughout the life of your furniture piece, you will have a product that ages gracefully and looks its best for years.
- Wipe table top to remove dust and dirt with a dry cloth.
- Try to wipe spills immediately with a damp cloth and if needed, a natural soap.
- Give your frame a wash once a month with a lint-free cloth and soapy water.
